What you’ll find here.

Ideal for 18 guests, with larger groups by prior arrangement. Each of the six bedrooms has a king bed, two extra mattresses, and an attached bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, reached via one step from the parking area.

Hot water and basic toiletries are provided. Ask us about specific access needs before booking.

Private pool time from 7 am to 7 pm. Depth: 4–5 ft. The pool is open and unfenced. Children need active adult supervision.

The listed amenities, guest kitchens and basic caretaker help are included. Cooking help, additional kitchen tasks and extra cleaning cost extra; we agree the work and charges with you first. The guest kitchens have a refrigerator, cutlery, oven, gas stove, RO drinking water and a chimney.

100 Mbps Wi-Fi. Two TVs, including one in the hall. Four balconies and a rooftop.

Two home inverters provide backup for lights. Air conditioning and high-load appliances are not on backup.

Check-in: 2 pm. Checkout: 11 am. Quiet hours after 9 pm.

Four-car parking. Any early arrival or late checkout needs host confirmation. Ordinary stays are for booked guests only, with no outside visitors. Separately arranged events have their own agreed terms.

Vaccinated pets require proof of ownership and must follow applicable state rules. Ask the host about current terms.
