Public app offline files and push settings
The public app caches icons, code and offline essentials in English, Hindi and Marathi. This public cache does not store private workspace records or enquiry drafts. Fresh public pages are requested from the network on each visit. Plan a stay uses separate tab storage for its pending draft, described below. Notification preferences use zelax.push.v1; Firebase stores an opted-in messaging registration in IndexedDB. These features are independent of analytics consent. Turn off notifications before clearing site data if you also want to remove the delivery subscription.
Offline access for private stay links
Existing guest-arrival pages use browser caches for their app files, images, and booking details so previously opened stay information can be available offline. Guest sign-in and the last opened stay reference can also be stored by the existing guest app. This storage is separate from optional display preferences. Clearing site data in your browser removes the offline copies. The public villa and gathering pages do not use this offline page cache.
Essential storage and optional measurement
You can browse and enquire without accepting optional tracking. Your Cookie choices are stored as zelax.consent.v1 in localStorage for 180 days, including a refusal, so the site remembers your decision. Google tags load only after the relevant choice is allowed. Analytics uses first-party _ga cookies with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. If advertising measurement is activated and you allow it separately, Google may use _gcl_ cookies for conversion measurement. Changing a choice stops the corresponding measurement and removes the related site cookies. Images and fonts do not require marketing services.
Optional browser storage
“Remember on this device” is off by default. Turning it on stores the key zelax.preferences.v1 in localStorage with your motion, text-size, and contrast choices and an expiry time. It is a display preference, not an advertising identifier. Saved choices expire after 180 days and are removed when the site next reads them.
Change or remove your choices
Open Accessibility & preferences to change display choices. Turn off “Remember on this device” or use “Reset & clear saved preferences” to remove those saved choices. Cookie choices controls optional measurement. Sign out to end your account session and clear this tab’s remembered private-link access and pending stay draft. Clearing site data also removes other browser copies, including offline files. This does not delete information stored on the server. Blocking storage still permits public browsing, but sign-in, draft recovery and remembered access may not work. Contact harsh@zelax.club about server records.
Hosting and linked websites
The hosting platform may use essential security or sign-in cookies that our application does not control. Airbnb, WhatsApp, and Google Maps may use their own cookies after you open them. Those services explain their cookies and choices in their own policies. There are no embedded booking widgets or maps on this site.
Private access and pending stay drafts
The new guest workspace uses sessionStorage in the current tab. zelax-private-stay remembers the stay reference and private access key after you open or create a private link. zelax-stay-draft saves an unfinished Plan a stay form, including contact details, dates and notes, plus submission and private-access references so you can retry safely. The draft is removed after a successful submission. These entries use the tab’s browser session; browser restore features may preserve a session. They are separate from optional analytics and display preferences. Clear site data on shared devices. Signing out or switching away from a signed-in account clears this tab’s remembered private-link access and pending stay draft. It does not delete server records.
Phone authentication and security storage
Firebase Authentication can keep your sign-in state in browser storage across visits until you sign out or remove it, depending on browser settings. Google reCAPTCHA uses security cookies and technical browser information during phone verification to prevent abuse. These sign-in and security functions are separate from optional analytics. Clearing local sign-in data does not delete your Firebase account or saved stay records.
