The 2,500 sq ft figure is the villa’s ground-floor footprint, not its total floor area. Event layouts and usable outdoor areas are agreed with the host.

The rooftop offers another place to spend time together. Ask us whether it suits your occasion; its use and arrangements depend on your plans.
Stay the night, too
If your group would like to stay overnight, there are six AC bedrooms with six attached bathrooms. The stay is ideal for 18 people. Larger groups and event attendance are agreed separately.
